Employees can raise a concern through four primary channels: via our ethics officers; by email; on the phone; and online reporting to our externally run ethics helpline service. Our ethics helpline is also open to third parties.
The ethics helpline is available for anyone to call to tell us about situations where they think the law or our standards may not have been upheld, or where an issue or concern they have reported is not being dealt with properly. Calls are free and lines are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Phone numbers for the ethics helpline are shown in the tables below.
When calls are made to the ethics helpline, a member of trained staff will take written details then send a confidential report to BAE Systems, but they do not record the call. We use an external company which specialises in operating confidential telephone reporting systems to provide an independent service and assurance to callers of confidentiality and, where they request it, anonymity. We will support anyone reporting apparent misconduct honestly, and in good faith.
