Training for Enhanced Capability

BAE Systems have a wealth of experience in each of the METS areas, and are able to leverage Training to help optimise Operational Capability and Platform Availability.

This includes:

• Understanding skills trends and the resulting impact on training.
• Seeking enterprise wide training efficiencies.
• Utilising data capture opportunities to inform areas where training can be adapted to enhance operational capability and system availability.
• Driving simulation and modelling commonality across Visualisation, Integration/Test & Training to reduce overall costs and speed up training solution procurement.
• Identifying opportunities in the equipment programmes to ensure design for trainability, and also training capability.
