We supply the autonomous Vehicle Management System (VMS) and elements of the Ground Control Station (GCS) for the monitoring and control of the MQ-28 Ghost Bat Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) during all phases of operation.

Overview

The Loyal Wingman — also known as the MQ-28 Ghost Bat — is a UAV built by Boeing Defence Australia for the Royal Australian Air Force. It was the first military aircraft developed and built in Australia in more than 50 years and took its first flight in February 2021.

In 2025, we entered into a 10-year Head Agreement with Boeing to deliver our sovereign Vehicle Management System into the MQ-28 Ghost Bat, driving forward the future of Australian uncrewed air capability.
