Overview

The M109-52 is ready to meet the U.S. Army's long-range precision fire needs. With its first shot fired in September 2023, this platform integrates the combat-proven Rheinmetall L52 155mm, 52-caliber cannon to significantly upgrade the M109A7's lethality. An effective solution that can be fielded quickly, the M109-52 is designed for dominance in large-scale combat, delivering the extended range and heightened resilience required to counter modern threats.

As a testament to our commitment to American manufacturing, the M109-52 is built on a foundation of domestic expertise. By leveraging a network of U.S.-based facilities, we are able to ensure the highest level of quality, reliability and responsiveness with a skilled workforce that brings the platform to life. This enables us to meet the needs of the U.S. Army and our allies, while contributing to the growth and development of the American defense industry.

The M109-52 strikes an optimal balance of power, reliability and system maturity, providing a cost-effective solution that is ready to deliver decisive firepower when it counts. It puts superior firepower into the hands of warfighters without compromising the reliability the M109 platform is known for. It is truly the King of Battle.
