MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS
Our Marketing and Communications team are responsible for the brand and communications for the company, providing a crucial role working to keep our new and existing clients and stakeholders educated, informed and engaged.
They are a market-led, dynamic, creative, sociable, and team whose role is and translate our strategy into action and our solutions into value. They deliver wide-ranging, precisely-targeted communications and ground-breaking creative campaigns, through a range of traditional and new media channels; from print to digital, from events to social media.
The pace is fast and the expectations for quality and creativity are high. The team is a hive of activity, providing close knit, well connected support.

COMMERCIAL & PROCUREMENT
Our team constantly goes beyond what’s expected. Using crystal-clear governance and processes, they provide commercial strategies for bids, as well as being involved in every stage of a project’s lifecycle. It’s our team’s job to lead supplier selection, contract award, supplier management and contract completion.
INFORMATION SERVICES & ENABLING SERVICES
You could call IS and Enabling Services the backbone of our company – because our success depends on the expert technical, infrastructure and application support that this team delivers. At the cutting edge of technology, this function makes it possible for us to deliver services that constantly exceed our clients’ expectations.
SECURITY & FACILITIES
Our Security and Facilities team keeps all our people safe, secure and comfortable. Facilities provide both hard and soft services, from cleaning to technical and environmental building management. Security provides vetting and physical security, protecting people, products and IP.
The Operations team is there to ensure that our business runs smoothly, our processes are as efficient as possible and to drive continuous improvement, protecting and enhancing our profitability.
Key responsibilities of the Operations team include:
- Resource Allocation: ensuring that our projects are staffed effectively, meeting both the needs of our clients and the aspirations of our people
- Capacity Management: ensuring that we have the right number of people with the right skills and in the right locations to deliver our targets
- Measuring and forecasting the operational performance of our business using a range of metrics to ensure it is running as efficiently as possible
- Ensuring that our key business processes work end-to-end and are continuously improved
