Ms Minella joins BAE Systems from Air Products & Chemicals, Inc. in Allentown, Pennsylvania, USA where she is currently senior vice president of Human Resources and Communications. She previously spent 22 years at IBM Corporation, where she held a number of positions that included leading the HR function for the company’s Software, Technology, and Global Services Americas groups.
