Lisa Malloy is the senior vice president of Communications for BAE Systems, Inc., which employs approximately 35,000 employees with major operations in the United States, United Kingdom, and Sweden, and generated 2022 sales of nearly $12.6 billion.
In this role, she is responsible for leading all facets of the company’s communications, including employee communications and engagement, executive communications, marketing, media relations, financial communications, community investment, and digital and social media. Malloy is a member of the BAE Systems, Inc. senior leadership team and the BAE Systems plc Global Communications Council.
Malloy brings more than two decades of communications experience, spanning the technology and telecommunications sectors, her work in public and government policy, as well as advising clients across numerous industries during her time with a global public relations agency.
Prior to her current role, Malloy served as the head of Global Government and Manufacturing Communications at Intel Corporation, where she previously led U.S. Government Affairs and Policy Communications.
Before joining Intel Corporation, she served in communications leadership roles of increasing responsibility at Verisign, Sprint Nextel, and the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association. Malloy began her career working in the public affairs practice at Burson-Marsteller.
Malloy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Communications from Virginia Tech. In her community, she volunteers for the Arlington Food Assistance Center and Arlington Public Schools.
