Ian T. Graham
Ian T. Graham is senior vice president, general counsel and secretary for BAE Systems, Inc., responsible for all legal matters associated with BAE Systems, Inc. and its businesses, which collectively employ more than 32,000 employees in the United States, United Kingdom, Sweden and Israel, and generated sales of approximately $10 billion in 2017. In this role, he is also responsible for the organization's contracts, security, compliance and export control functions. Additionally, Graham serves on the BAE Systems, Inc. Board of Directors.
With more than two decades experience, Graham was appointed to his position in 2010. Previously, he served as vice president & deputy general counsel for BAE Systems, Inc. He joined BAE Systems in 2007 through the acquisition of Armor Holdings, where he was senior vice president, general counsel & secretary.
Prior to joining Armor Holdings, Graham served as vice president & deputy general counsel for EMCORE Corporation. Previously, he was a partner in the government contracts and corporate practice groups at Jenner & Block, LLP.
He is a graduate of Yale Law School, where he served as publisher of the Yale Law Journal, and received a bachelor's degree from Yale University.
In addition to his position on the BAE Systems, Inc. Board of Directors, Graham serves on the Yale Law School Association Executive Committee.
