Since joining BAE Systems in 2009, I’ve developed strong expertise in project management, team supervision and employee welfare management. My role as a CMS Welfare Manager allows me to deliver innovative manpower solutions, strengthen employee engagement and foster a culture of growth, inclusivity and wellbeing across the organisation.
Before joining BAE Systems, I worked with Saudi Aramco on a major petrochemical refinery project, where I discovered my passion for project management and complex delivery environments. That experience motivated me to join BAE Systems, where I could contribute to impactful programmes within aviation and defence. One of my early highlights was supporting the integration of the Eurofighter Typhoon as a new platform for the Royal Saudi Air Forces.
At BAE Systems, I’ve had the privilege of running a diverse team to enhance employee satisfaction through effective welfare management. By building strong stakeholder relationships and implementing targeted training programmes, we’ve improved performance, strengthened skills capability and maintained high SHE standards to ensure a safe and supportive working environment.

Beyond my core role, I enjoy organising team-building events and supporting charity initiatives that strengthen community connection and reinforce the importance of giving back. I also run STEM activities that inspire young students to explore science, technology, engineering and mathematics, helping to develop future talent and encourage innovation and diversity in the workforce.
Being keenly involved in internal diversity and engagement groups has deepened my understanding of inclusivity and strengthened my commitment to ensuring every employee feels respected and heard. While transitioning into a managerial role has brought new experiences, the encouragement and trust from my managers and team have helped me grow with confidence and resilience.
Looking ahead, I’m excited to continue advancing manpower delivery and employee support across the Kingdom, contributing to positive change aligned with our BAE Systems mission and values.
