BAE Systems operates hybrid working for a number of its roles.

BAE Systems Singapore operates hybrid working for a number of its roles. Hybrid working is a more flexible approach to work and means colleagues can split their working hours between their contractual BAE Systems site location, a customer location or their home in Singapore. It’s expected that the time spent on site is agreed with line leaders and that this may flex up, or flex down, dependant on the changing demands of the business, customer or team needs.

Due to the nature of the work, there are clear guidelines in place for ensuring that all work, irrespective of location, is undertaken in a safe, secure and responsible manner and complies with regulatory requirements.
