Our rewards go beyond your salary. We believe in reward and recognition and want to give you secure foundations so you and your family can have financial peace of mind.

This includes:

An annual bonus based on your performance and that of the business. You would be enrolled in the scheme right away, however the payment would be made next year.
An annual cash payment relating to our Company ‘Free Shares’ program which varies each year and dependent on Company performance. You would be eligible to receive this the following year after you join.
Annual salary reviews each year. We provide an annual cost of living increase, based on market rates and comparative ratio for that role. You will be eligible for a salary review next year.
The Company provides an RRSP company match of up to 5% of your annual salary, in addition to the Group Benefits program that is 100% covered by the company.

Your lifestyle

Enjoy 20 days of vacation during your first two years, increasing to 25 days after that. You’ll also have access to paid sick leave, with additional days added after your first year.

We offer flexible working: 8-hour days Monday to Thursday, and a 5-hour day on Fridays.
