Site visitors
We process your information if you attend our sites as a visitor. Visitors who bring with them a dependent under the age of 18, will be responsible for making decisions with respect to their information.
This Notice should be read in conjunction with the Overview and the Definitions, including, in particular, the table of categories of information.

Access Logs

What processing activities do you undertake that include my information?
We process and maintain a visitors' access log at all of our sites, which we ask you to populate with your information.
What categories of information are included in these processing activities?
We process identity information, contact information (including of your emergency contact), business information and nationality information and data related to your engagement with the Company in order to undertake this activity.

We may also process sensitive information (such as criminal records information) to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
What is the reason for these processing activities? 
We use this information in order to have a record of all visitors to our sites.  This is for health and safety reasons (including for use in an emergency situation), as well as to protect and secure our site and assets. 
Subject to your consent, we also use your information (where relevant) to undertake analysis and marketing activities.
To the extent that you did not get this information from me, how did you collect it?
With respect to dependent’s under the age of 18, we receive the information from the relevant parent, guardian or relative.
We may receive information from other sources as set out in this Notice.
Who do you share this information with?
This information may be shared internally for the purposes described above.
In addition, some of your information or your dependent’s information will be shared with our security function, our security supplier and on-site security guards, shared externally in case of emergency as needed and as otherwise set out in this Notice.
