The TacNet™ Tactical Radio (TTR) by Data Link Solutions (DLS) – a joint venture of BAE Systems and Collins Aerospace (formerly Rockwell Collins) – delivers proven capability to meet both U.S. armed forces and coalition warfighter requirements in a small, lightweight, low-cost situational awareness radio. The DLS TTR is the smallest size, standalone terminal available, giving you the edge you need to combat current threats.
Built on a solid foundation of combat-proven tactical data links technology from the world's leading manufacturer, our TTR provides critical connectivity for platforms that previously lacked access, like Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), Tactical Air Control Party (TACP), mobile and transportable ground stations, rotary wing, small maritime assets, and transport aircraft.
TTR was developed, tested, and qualified to MIL-STD-6016D, STANAG 5516, and DOD 4650.1-R1 requirements, ensuring full interoperability across all platforms now part of the Link 16 network. But TTR also features built-in growth capabilities, including Link 16 crypto modernization, enhanced throughput (ET), concurrent multi-netting, multi-channel capability, and high power capability.
