Our reported greenhouse gas emissions have decreased by 4% between 2013 and 2014. The reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions has been mainly due to a decrease in purchased electricity across our business as a result of various energy management initiatives. Our Scope 3 emissions have reduced by 9% largely due to improvements in the environmental efficiency of commercial flights and a marginal decrease in business travel.
