BAE Systems is looking for Apprentice Skills and Development Coaches, Team Leaders and Managers to join their award winning, Ofsted Grade 1 Apprenticeship service delivery team.
Based in Samlesbury, the team work out of BAE System’s multi-million pound Academy for Skills and Knowledge to deliver Advanced, Higher and Degree Apprenticeships.
We invest £90m into our Early Careers and Skills Programmes annually, with 2,000 Apprentice learners currently in the UK.
  • 700 further Apprentices will start in 2019
  • 95% Apprenticeship completion success rate
  • 26% females in STEM Apprenticeships
  • Our Apprentices are regional and national award winners
In response to growth in the business, we are looking to expand our team and are recruiting for new Skills and Development Coaches, Team Leaders and Managers with engineering backgrounds and qualifications who have passion for sharing their skills and an interest in developing our engineers of the future.
