Survey results should help you priorities your procurement strategies:

  • More than half of the CSPs launching 5G are working on implementing cloud-based LI in the next 12-18 months.
  • BSS/OSS transformations will have a direct impact on the LI and DR platforms, with more than two-thirds of CSPs confirming either working on these changes today or planning to do it within 18-24 months.
  • 5GC warrants improved cyber security posture and awareness within the LI teams with more than 85% CSPs agree for increased threat intelligence, ability to run more cyber risk assessment exercises, and implementing new security controls.
