At our Malaysian Global Delivery Centre we work with clients from around the world to deliver engineering services and products to meet their digital needs.
We also support a number of our business operations from Malaysia with supporting shared services. From IT, Finance & Operations through to Communications & Marketing, HR and Site Operations and more. Our Functions teams enable our divisions to implement ground-breaking digital transformations and crucial software services. As part of Functions, you will be supporting and partnering with our global business from the backline, being a strategic advisor within your specialist area, and ensuring the business runs smoothly and efficiently. We all have a role to play in defending our clients; and this is yours.
What’s it like to work here?
At BAE Systems Digital Intelligence we support hybrid working and give flexibility to teams to decide on the balance between remote and office based working. You are expected to work a 40 hour week but flexibility can be given around what hours in a day are worked. We believe a work-life balance is an important part of a fulfilling career and offer an attractive 18 days annual leave (increases to 21 after 5 years’ service) in addition to all declared KL public holidays.
Our office in Menara Binjai along Jalan Ampang is a short walk to the famous Petronas Twin Towers and is conveniently located next to the Ampang LRT Station.
With an employee strength of 300+ people in the Malaysia office and estimated growth plans ahead these are interesting and exciting times to join the Malaysian Global Delivery Centre.
What skills are we looking for?
We are looking for enthusiastic and capable professionals across a range of experience levels who show a willingness to develop their areas of expertise and make a difference. Our key focus is in areas related to software development, test automation and cloud engineering.
In all roles, you’ll have a dedicated Career Manager to help you develop your career and guide you on your journey. Your learning and development is key to your future career and is something we will support with funded training and certification pathways. We provide staff with access to online training platforms as well in person training and collaboration sessions at our KL office.
