Suzanne Harrison
“I am passionate about collaboration and creating an enterprise mind-set that benefits the company, our customers and the broader eco-system in which we operate.”
Suzanne has 25 years’ experience working within BAE Systems and predecessor organisations; she has recently been appointed Director, Transition and Integration, responsible for ensuring that Digital Intelligence makes the necessary transformation progress in the first year.
Prior to this she held the role of Director, CORDA and Business Performance within Shared Services, where she led a number of key activities, including being responsible for implementing a series of Business Indicators to enable value and data driven engagement across the business, heading up the Crisis Management Team throughout the pandemic and leading on the Shared Services approach to ethics. In addition, Suzanne ran the enterprise Data & Analytics hub and CORDA.
Suzanne has successfully led the CORDA team over the last five years, providing valuable decision support analysis across the business, as well as externally into the MOD. As such, CORDA is the strategic supplier of analysis to the MOD’s Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl) through priming the ASTRID (Analysis, Science and Technology Research in Defence) framework. Suzanne continues as the Director, CORDA.
Much of Suzanne’s early career was spent supporting the military with NATO missions, which included tours in Bosnia and Kosovo, as well as 3.5 years working at the Joint Force Command in Naples – this was essentially conducting data analysis in unusual places!
Suzanne is a Fellow of the Operational Research Society and in her spare time enjoys walking her dogs and travelling with the most recent family tours being to Vietnam and India. Suzanne is married with a teenage daughter.
