Our mission is to create a working environment in which employees directly or indirectly affected by mental health can talk openly whilst feeling supported.

Since forming in 2017, Great Minds has led a change in attitudes towards mental health by making incremental changes across the Digital Intelligence business worldwide.

We give employees a voice through regular blogs and podcasts that are published companywide to help break stigma.


We use innovative ways to broadcast the importance of mental health including publishing a regular mental health newsletter to our members, talking at staff events or broadcasting mental health awareness days.


We guide colleagues to the help and information available, for themselves or others. We act as a peer level stepping stone to the formal employee support channels, and have built a community of like-minded individuals to support one another across all of our offices.


We collaborate with our executive sponsor and the Digital Intelligence Diversity and Inclusion team to suggest and implement initiatives that will benefit our employees; including the signing of the Time to Change pledge and implementing Mental Health First Aiders.
