Each individual's development is divided into three core areas: Personal; Functional; and Learning & Management (L&M). And within L&M we have established a Performance Centred Leadership (PCL) framework, which covers function-specific and business-wide leadership development programmes.

The aim of PCL is to contribute to our high-performance culture, ensuring every one of our leaders is equipped to find the knowledge to deal with customers, manage suppliers and develop people across the organisation. As such, it's a framework with a direct positive impact on our overall performance - an initiative that clearly demonstrates the way we align individual aspirations with business requirements to everyone's benefit.
