We're committed to building a truly diverse, inclusive, and equitable place to work. By 2030 we want women to make up at least 50% of our Executive Committee and 30% of our workforce. Do you want to work on pioneering projects in a business where your skills, creativity and innovation are championed? We’ll give you all the support and opportunities you need to thrive.
A STEM career is exciting, challenging, and offers a world of opportunity. But just 15% of engineering graduates and 16.5% of all the engineers in the UK are female. We want to change this. We're passionate about helping women and girls embrace STEM and discover careers in engineering and technology.
GEN
We want to change the world we live in for the better – and that starts with our workplace. Our Gender Equality Network (GEN) is for all employees who believe everyone should have the opportunity and support to succeed in their career, regardless of gender. It's a forum for discussion and change – with the ultimate goal that the Network is no longer needed because gender barriers and biases will have been broken down in the workplace.
Still at school or college, but excited about a career in STEM? Find out about work experience, taster weeks, and lots of other ways to explore your future in a fast-paced and pioneering industry.
The Charter is designed to increase diversity within the UK’s tech companies, with the aim of achieving equal opportunity and representation for all employees in the sector.
