Your Learning and Development


Our Summer Internships offer you the chance to hone your skills and gain valuable industry experience. You have the chance to see theory put into action, and learn from colleagues who are experts in their field.

GBP p/a pro rata
GBP per month for Consulting, Engineering and Project Management roles in Cyber Security. 
You can make a real impact during your internship. And you can expect real rewards package too over the 12 weeks, with 6.5 days’ holiday a potential fast track to our graduate schemes, subject to performance and availability.

What you’ll need

To join our Business or Engineering Summer Internship schemes you must be on course for at least a 2:2 Bachelor's degree in a related subject. Once you begin your search you will find specific details on preferred degrees within each role type.
For summer internship roles in Cyber Security you must be on course for at least a 2:2 Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths subject and also have 128 UCAS points (as per the 2017 UCAS tariff) or equivalent, excluding General Studies.  

For finance placements, you must be on course for at least a 2:1 Bachelor's degree in a related subject and also have 112 UCAS points (as per the 2017 UCAS tariff) or equivalent, excluding General Studies. 
You will also need to be available for the full 12 weeks.

Application process

We ask all candidates to apply online using our application form to ensure our selection process is completely fair and consistent.
Your online application will involve a number of numerical, verbal and situational strength tests.
If you are successful you will have a video interview, and selected candidates will then be invited to an assessment centre.
Our main recruitment window runs from the beginning of September to the end of October however applications remain open for the above role(s) and will close once sufficient applications have been received. 
If successful you will commence your summer internship in June 2020.
Summer internships are open to all university year groups however individuals who are due to graduate prior to the commencement dates of our undergraduate programmes are not eligible to apply and should instead consider applying for one of our graduate offerings.
