As a Graduate Network Engineer you will be involved in developing Networks for the Combat Systems at the heart of the Royal Navy’s vessels. We need people with a Computer Networks background who are able to learn our way of doing things and become our next senior engineers.
Work closely with both Software, Systems and Hardware engineers, you'll enable the development of complex real-world systems that have to perform perfectly every time, as the consequences of failure could be catastrophic.
As a Graduate you will be able to bring your skills and knowledge into these domains, specialising or integrating across products and tools. You will have opportunities to work on different stages of a product lifecycle, you'll take the lead in systems integration and testing, qualification and acceptance.
The Supply Chain team is an important support function in one of the world’s most exciting defence companies. We provide world-class sourcing, contract and supplier management capability to the Business Unit to deliver increased product or service quality, reduced total cost of ownership (TCO) and enhance operating efficiencies without compromising quality, safety, health or the environment.
You’ll need a minimum 2:2 Bachelor’s degree in a subject related to your chosen area – look out for details on preferred degrees when you start exploring our open roles.
