You’ll need a minimum 2:2 Bachelor’s degree in a subject related to your chosen area – look out for details on preferred degrees when you start exploring our open roles.
You'll also need to be curious to learn, have great problem solving and analytical skills, and the confidence to find and implement new and better ways of working.

The process begins with an online application. If you're successful, we'll invite you to perform a virtual assessment which will include gamified assessment challenges and video questions.
