28 February 2023: We stop taking Apprenticeship applications

 

March 2023: Following a review of the successful applications, we shortlist for progression to the next stage. Candidates successful at this stage are invited to interviews.

 

March - April 2023: Interviews take place.

 

May 2023: We’ll let people know if they are being given a Firm with Conditions offer.

 

August - September 2023: If you achieve your exam results it’s time to start your apprenticeship! Dates vary depending on the role and business area you’re joining.

The application process consists of the following: a short online application; qualification review; online assessment where you will have the chance to complete gamification and an on-demand video interview; and a competency based interview.

 

If you are successful to be offered a role, this will be subject to appropriate medical, security and qualification clearance checks. 

 

If you are invited to an interview you may need to travel to one of our sites, unless we hold this virtually. If you are offered a place on an apprentice programme you may also need to travel to an occupational health assessment.

We are unable to reimburse travel expenses during the selection process.

No, we have a wide range of opportunities across our Business, Information Technology, Finance, Cyber Security and Consulting teams. You don't need an engineering degree to apply for an engineering role, if you have a mathematical or scientific degree check the role profiles to see if you'd be eligible to apply.

We ask that you only make an application to one programme per academic year. Take some time to think about which will best suit your skills and ambitions.

All of our programmes offer a competitive salary and lots of other benefits like product and service discounts and generous time off. Starting salaries for our graduate programmes are £34,000, as well as a £2,000 welcome payment and from £22,000 for our undergraduate programmes.
