Join a large team of highly qualified electrical engineers who you’ll work alongside for three years with placements covering the full range of electrical engineering disciplines including power engineering, control and instrumentation, electrical and electronic communications. You’ll gain an HND qualification and there may be opportunity to progress to a full degree.
During this four-year Higher Apprenticeship you will gain access to one of the broadest engineering disciplines, gain knowledge and experience into the application of mechanical engineering as you apply scientific and mathematic design principles to analyse, manufacture and maintain mechanical systems across the business.
As a Software Developer Apprentice you will be working on exciting projects across our broad client-base, gaining exposure to software development, data analysis, systems testing and systems architecture. Working with and learning from our talented team, you will have the opportunity to obtain significant hands-on work experience, gaining technical training and qualifications along the way, whilst also being in paid employment. In addition, you will receive excellent personal mentoring and support. We are looking for self-starting, well-motivated individuals with the willingness to tackle challenging technical problems and develop new skills within cutting edge technology.
Our Finance Apprenticeship leads to full chartership in management accountancy. You’ll gain experience in management reporting and budgeting, producing accounts, transactional processing, project finance, governance and overheads. After two years our most successful apprentices can continue in an Apprenticeship right up to master's level.
As a Human Resources Higher Apprentice your will be responsible for all things 'people' related; supporting employees throughout their time with the business with anything from changing the way people work, to helping them through difficult personal or professional issues, to working with managers in the business to tackle complex business challenges.
Procurement teams are responsible for researching, sourcing, buying, storing, maintaining and delivering the equipment and goods needed to produce or support our products at the right time, the right cost and to the right quality. You’ll study for a higher level procurement qualification whilst gaining experience in procurement, material availability, logistics and transport, strategy, governance and capability. At the end of the initial three years there may be opportunity to progress onto a degree level qualification.
During your Project Management apprenticeship you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of different projects by gathering information about time, cost and quality constraints, identifying and analysing data trends and driving actions to their conclusion.

When asked to do so, complete online aptitude tests.
From the date you are sent the tests, you have seven days to complete the online tests.
If you are successful you will be asked to attend an interview or an assessment centre, where you will be asked to complete a number of tasks. You will be sent all the details you need nearer the time.
