Jodi Coulter is vice president of Internal Audit for BAE Systems, Inc., responsible for leading the function to ensure the organization maintains the highest levels of accountability and governance in order to enhance operational effectiveness and mitigate business risks. In this senior leadership role, Coulter collaborates across diverse businesses to assess systems and processes and their level of compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices. She also serves as a member of the Inc. Senior Leadership Team.
Since joining BAE Systems in 2007, Coulter has held various leadership roles in the company’s Electronic Systems sector, including director of Finance for the Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions business area, as well as the director of Accounting, Controls & Tax and director of Finance for Operations and Quality for the sector. She has also served in managerial positions on the Financial Planning and Analysis, Program Control, and Mergers and Acquisitions teams. Previously, she worked in Strategy and Structured Finance in industries ranging from energy to automotive.
Coulter received her MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Before earning her MBA, she was a Certified Public Accountant working in public accounting after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wake Forest University.
