Annual company-wide volunteer events

Among the many volunteer activities offered throughout the year, we also offer sector-wide annual events.

Our Remember. Honor. Support. volunteer campaign occurs in May in honor of National Military Appreciation month. This month holds special meaning as many of our employees are veterans or have family members who have served or are currently serving. Throughout the month employees rally together and complete volunteer projects to support veterans, military families and children, and active duty military members.

Employees give thanks to those who have served our country and honor our nation’s heroes through our annual Veterans Day volunteer project.

During National Engineers Week, employees utilize their skills and talents to inspire the next generation of dreamers, planners, and doers.

On-going volunteer opportunities

Employees volunteer with a wide-range of community, veteran and military serving, and STEM education organizations. Select activities include giving career talks at a local Girls Who Code Club or Boys and Girls Club, mentoring a FIRST Robotics team, cleaning up a local school, conducting mock interviews for veterans, and more.

If your organization is interested in hosting a group of employees as volunteers, please contact

Volunteer Rewards program

Our Volunteer Rewards program awards dollars for each volunteered hour to our employees. Employees can then use donate those dollars to the charitable organization of their choice via our workplace giving portal. Employees are encouraged to log their volunteer hours whether they have volunteered on their own or as part of a BAE Systems sponsored activity.
