Our Tech Power Program maximizes our impact on technology education and our veterans and military families by improving lives and advancing careers through the power of innovative technology and experiences. This program supports nonprofit organizations that have programs using innovation to improve the lives of veterans or solve issues in our local communities. It also supports nonprofits that are launching meaningful technology careers for young people, underrepresented populations, and veterans or providing employment support to veterans.
Our Community Impact program is a core part of the company’s ongoing commitment to support diverse and underserved groups within our communities. The program focuses on advancing the work of nonprofit organizations that provide BAE Systems’ neighbors with essential human services during times of critical need.
BAE Systems has been an avid supporter and partner of FIRST for more than 25 years. Our partnership with FIRST inspires young people to be science and technology leaders and innovators – engaging them in programs that build STEM skills, inspire innovation, and foster leadership. We currently sponsor more than 160 robotics teams across the United States, provide scholarships to participants, and work with FIRST to help fuel the STEM talent pipeline.
