What inspired you to seek a career in the military?
My Dad retired from the U.S. Navy as a Chief Petty Officer after having served for over 30 years. My two uncles, younger brother and cousin also served in the U.S. Navy. I also have another cousin that is in the U.S. Army. My Dad was my inspiration, and the reason for my decision to seek a career in the U.S. Navy.
I’m proud to have earned the privilege of working with our nation’s finest in the fleet.
What drew you to BAE Systems after your military career?
As a world-class aerospace and defense company, BAE Systems has a great reputation, loves hiring veterans, takes really great care of its employees and provides lots of opportunities to grow. I didn’t have to think twice about taking an opportunity to work for this company. I retired from the U.S. Navy back in 2006 from the Pentagon, and have been with BAE Systems ever since.
I also have a real appreciation for the work our company does. The actionable intelligence support our superb analysts provide to our customers is improving the situational awareness of our military and other community stakeholders. We are helping those in harm’s way make informed decisions to gain operational advantage, and hopefully saving lives.
Why is it important to Remember. Honor.  Support. our active duty, reservists, military veterans and military families?
Our military and their families make tremendous sacrifices every day in support of our nation’s defense, interests abroad and in protecting our freedoms. They deserve our utmost respect, gratitude and enduring memory of their service and sacrifice. Please take a moment to thank a veteran and their families, and provide what support you can whenever you get the chance. It really means a lot to them.
