“Receiving this award five years in a row is a real testament to our team’s culture,” said Rick Allen, vice president of Air Force Solutions Strategic Systems at BAE Systems, who leads the team in Utah. “The recognition is even more special because it was earned through the feedback of our own employees.”

The list is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey, administered by employee engagement company Energage. The survey measured 15 unique cultural drivers including alignment, execution, and connection—all of which are critical to the success of an organization.

The BAE Systems employees who participated in the survey primarily work at Hill Air Force Base in Northern Utah. They are part of an 800-person contract team working to assist the U.S. Air Force in maintaining the readiness of its intercontinental ballistic missile systems.
