    This week is National Inclusion Week and it’s particularly important to me this year as I have recently added responsibilities for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) to my role at BAE Systems. I have been with the business for nearly three years now and during that time I have already seen significant progress on DE&I. However, it is something that needs constant and intentional effort on all our parts in order to continue making our workplaces more inclusive.
