As a Process Engineer, you will be deployed into the product delivery teams dealing with various heavy munitions development projects. You will be responsible for planning and managing process development activities within capital budgets, whilst providing solutions and processes that are robust, timely, and cost effective which meet with customer expectations.

As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be involved in the daily management of the process engineering team. Designer – Product & Packaging
As a Designer (Product & Packaging), you will be involved in the design and development of new products. This diverse role will provide you with the opportunity to engage and work with the project teams as well as working with designers from other teams in the business.
Designer – Plant Tool & Gauge
As a Designer (Plant and Tool Gauge), you will be involved in the development of new plant and tooling products that are to be manufactured at our site in Glascoed. You will develop a close working relationship with the team leader and will have the opportunity to have hands on experience working within a high level environment.

Charge Design Engineer
As a Charge Design Engineer, you will be working within a small team as part of the Heavy Munitions business area. This role will provide you with the unique opportunity to work on an exciting project developing the next ammunition system for the MOD, ensuring safer systems for the end user.
Product Development Engineer
As a Product Development Engineer, you will be working within Heavy Munitions who are responsible for the design, development, evaluation, testing and in-service support of various munitions products. You will have responsibility for the coordination of activities undertaken by specialist engineers as well as carrying out the project-specific activities defined by project plans/ tasks to develop these products. This role will provide you with the unique opportunity to work with the design of munitions, as well as the chance to witness the product trials. You will have a really broad scope of work with good variation of day-to-day activities and involvement across the whole product lifecycle.
