As a result, the business has received a grant from the Human Resources Development Fund which will be re-invested into future training initiatives designed to support the localization of jobs.
BAE Systems Saudi Arabia’s VP – Human Resources, Mohammed Al-Azwari, said: “The localization of jobs and Saudisation are two of the company’s most important strategic objectives. We have already made good progress in employing large numbers of Saudi Nationals and we are committed to working with our partners to build upon this commitment.”
BAE Systems Saudi Arabia has for years demonstrated its commitment to Saudisation and the localization of jobs in the Kingdom. In 2011 the business won the Prince Nayef bin Abdul Aziz Award for Saudisation, with Saudi Nationals making up more than 62% of its entire workforce in Saudi Arabia.
