Annual Benefit Statements for active members

You will shortly be receiving your Annual Benefit Statement from your Scheme Administrator.

Your Annual Benefit Statement (ABS) is a document that is produced every year which provides you with confirmation of the current value of your BAE Systems pension benefits, together with an estimated forecast of your benefits at your Normal Retirement Age.
 
For members with Defined Contribution (DC) benefits with Standard Life, and this includes any Defined Benefit (DB) members who pay Additional Voluntary Contributions (AVCs) your statement will be issued by Standard Life direct to your home address. 
 
For SIPS Benefits members your ABS will be issued by Capita and for all other members you will receive your ABS from Equiniti.  Remember that your ABS can also be found online via Hartlink (for SIPS Benefits members) and MyPension for all other members. If you have not registered to use Hartlink or MyPension please refer to your section of this website for details of how to register.
 
The majority of members will receive their ABS (either through the post or online) in early August. For members who have AVCs invested with Prudential, Clerical Medical and Utmost your ABS will be issued slightly later.
 
Your ABS provides you with a snapshot of your entitlement within the Scheme.  Please ensure that you read it and consider whether your retirement planning is on track.  You should use your ABS as a planning tool with a view to helping you achieve your retirement income target.
