Drug and alcohol testing

What processing activities do you undertake that include my information?
In accordance with Company policies, we carry out a random drug and alcohol testing program across all of our Company sites and operations. As an employee you may be required to participate in these random tests from time to time.
We will process your information as a necessary step in recording your participation in these tests and the outcomes of testing.
What categories of information are included in these processing activities?
To undertake the activities set out above, we process staff related data, data related to your engagement with the Company, and employment claims, complaints and disclosures data.
We also process sensitive information related to the drug and alcohol tests, including the results of the same, and information about your general health and any medication you have taken recently. 
What is the reason for these processing activities?
We undertake this activity to help safeguard the health and wellbeing of all individuals on site, and to comply with our health and safety obligations under applicable law.
To the extent that you did not get this information from me, how did you collect it?
Some information will be generated by internal sources, as set out in this Notice. This will include from HR and your line manager.
The results of these tests will be generated by the Company's external suppliers and partners who carry out the tests. 
We may also receive information from other sources as set out in this Notice.
Who do you share this information with?
This information may be shared internally for the purposes described above.
In addition, some of your information will be shared with our suppliers as needed to carry out the tests, and as otherwise set out in this Notice.
