What processing activities do you undertake that include my information?
We undertake travel planning for our employees, which includes immigration arrangements (e.g. visas), booking flights and making other travel arrangements.
This may also include relocation arrangements and other processing activities in connection with this.
What categories of information are included in these processing activities?
To manage travel arrangements, we process staff related data, data related to your engagement with the Company, financial data, passport and nationality information, visa applications, relevant governmental security clearances and criminal history if applicable for your travel.
We may also need to process sensitive information consisting of your health and medical information and information regarding your race/ethnicity.
What is the reason for these processing activities?
We use your information to make and administer appropriate business travel arrangements for you and to comply with immigration law and visa requirements.
We may also need use your information if we are required to assist you, or any relevant authorities, in the event of a security incident or emergency.
To the extent that you did not get this information from me, how did you collect it?
Some of this information will come from internal sources, such as your manager and the Human Resources team.
We may also receive information from other sources as set out in this Notice.
Who do you share this information with?
This information may be shared internally for the purposes described above.
In addition, some of your information will be shared externally with government agencies, migration agents, partners, customers and suppliers and as otherwise set out in this Notice.
