Company directors and office holders
We process the information of directors and office holders of BAE Systems Australia Holdings Limited and its subsidiary companies, directors and office holders of joint venture companies (where we hold the secretaryship and/or manage the statutory registers).  We may also hold a record of directors/officers who serve or served on boards of other legal entities in which BAE Systems has or has had an interest.
This Notice should be read in conjunction with the Overview and the Definitions, including, in particular, the table of categories of information.

What processing activities do you undertake that include my information?
 
The Company maintains confidential and potentially price sensitive Project Lists and, when required pursuant to the UK Market Abuse Regulations (MAR), also holds a list of individuals who are in possession of Inside Information (Insider Lists). 
 
What categories of information are included in these processing activities?
 
To maintain these lists, we may process staff related data and data related to your engagement with the Company.
 
We may also process sensitive information to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
 
What is the reason for these processing activities?
 
We carry out this activity in order to comply with legal obligations and to protect the value of our business.
