We use information in connection with events that we hold on our sites.  This includes:

We process identity information, business information and contact information in order to undertake this activity.
 
What is the reason for these processing activities? 
 
We hold events and conferences in order to allow the delegates to network, train and to share information and we may publish information for promotional, marketing and communications purposes.

This information may be shared internally for the purposes described above.
 
In addition, some of your information will be shared with our security supplier, event organisers, event exhibitors and may be shared externally in case of emergency as needed and as otherwise set out in this Notice.
