What processing activities do you undertake that include my information?
 
We undertake candidate screening for all applicants for graduate and apprentice roles.  This activity is automated decision-making.  Screening may include online questionnaires and other assessments.
 
What categories of information are included in these processing activities?
 
To manage this activity, we process staff related data, recruitment data and the results of the online ability tests.
 
We may also process sensitive information (such as criminal records information and nationality information) to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
 
What is the reason for these processing activities?
 
The purpose of this activity is to ensure that we recruit and select individuals to work at the Company with the appropriate ability, skills and aptitude.  Processing is necessary to take steps at your request to enter a contract of employment.
