What processing activities do you undertake that include my information?
 
If you are successful in applying for a role, before your engagement with us begins, we undertake checks relating to your right to work in the relevant jurisdiction.
 
What categories of information are included in these processing activities?
 
To run the processes set out above, we process staff related data, data related to your engagement with the Company, vetting data, recruitment data and immigration information.
 
In some circumstances, we may also process your sensitive information relating to your nationality, your health or other medical information and criminal records information.
 
What is the reason for these processing activities?
 
We undertake this processing in order to comply with applicable laws, protect our business and to ensure that only appropriately qualified and suitable individuals are employed by the Company.  This processing is needed for carrying out our employment law obligations, to comply with other relevant legislation and to comply with all applicable immigration law obligations.
 
Given the type of assessments that might be undertaken, this will include processing your sensitive information (such as criminal records information) to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
 
To the extent that you did not get this information from me, how did you collect it?
 
Some information will be generated by internal sources, as set out in this Notice.  This will include from the relevant recruiter, Human Resources and the hiring manager.
 
We may also receive information from other sources such as our external suppliers and partners and as otherwise set out in this Notice.
 
Who do you share this information with?
 
This information may be shared internally for the purposes described above.
 
In addition, some of your information will be shared externally with government agencies, migration agents, partners, customers and suppliers and as otherwise set out in this Notice.
