We use your information throughout the employment relationship that we have with you. This includes a number of different processing activities throughout your employment.
This Notice should be read in conjunction with the Overview and the Definitions, including, in particular, the table of categories of information.

What processing activities do you undertake that include my information?
 
Your information is used to provide and administer your remuneration, benefits (including access to health and wellbeing programmes) and incentive schemes and as required at law.   
 
This includes:
  • budgeting and forecasting, including setting salary and remuneration eligibility 
  • payroll operations and management of taxation
  • operating the Company's share plans, delivering share plan benefits and determining eligibility for awards under the Company’s share plans
  • reimbursement of business costs and expenses 
  •  facilitating applications for Company credit cards
  • facilitating insurance coverage
  • managing and administering novated leases
     
What categories of information are included in these processing activities?
 
To manage your pay, benefits and other remuneration, we process staff related data, data related to your engagement with the Company, leave information, remuneration and benefits data, Tax File Number information and financial information. 
 
For fleet management, this also includes information related to the Company vehicle.
 
We may also process your sensitive information to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
 
What is the reason for these processing activities?
 
We use your information to ensure that you are properly remunerated, compensated and rewarded.
 
To the extent that you did not get this information from me, how did you collect it?
 
Some information will be generated by internal sources, as set out in this Notice. This will include from Reward, HR and your line manager.
 
Some of this information will come from governmental authorities (such as tax authorities) and from our benefit providers and scheme administrators. 
 
We may also receive information from other sources as set out in this Notice.
 
Who do you share this information with?
 
This information may be shared internally for the purposes described above.
 
In addition, some of your information will be shared with benefit providers, vehicle lease suppliers, governmental authorities (such as tax authorities), share registries (such as Computershare and Equiniti), our benefit providers and scheme administrators and as otherwise set out in this Notice.
 
In some cases we send de-identified information to third parties for the purposes of industry data analysis.
