What processing activities do you undertake that include my information?
 
As a subsidiary of a publicly listed company, we process and maintain confidential and potentially price sensitive Project Lists and, when required pursuant to the Market Abuse Regulations (MAR), also hold a list of individuals who are in possession of Inside Information (Insider Lists).  
 
What categories of information are included in these processing activities?
 
We may process staff related data and data related to your engagement with the Company in connection with this activity.
 
What is the reason for these processing activities?
 
We carry out this activity in order to comply with legal obligations and to protect the value of our business.
 
To the extent that you did not get this information from me, how did you collect it?
 
Some of the information processed in these activities may be generated by the Company. 
 
We may also receive information from other sources as set out in this Notice.
 
Who do you share this information with?
 
This information may be shared internally for the purposes described above.
 
Your information may be shared externally, with our parent company BAE Systems Plc and the Financial Conduct Authority of the United Kingdom, as needed and as otherwise set out in this Notice. 
 
To the extent any regulatory disclosures or actions arise in Australia, we may be required to share your information externally with regulators such as the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
