We use your information throughout the employment relationship that we have with you.  This includes a number of different processing activities throughout your employment.

What processing activities do you undertake that include my information?
 
We undertake administration and management of Information Technology (IT) systems and services which contain your information
 
These systems and services may contain sensitive information.
 
Our administration and management activities involve intentional processing of your information to ensure you can access computer systems and secured areas in order to carry out your work; to protect our business; and comply with law and policy.
 
Further, your information may be processed as part of our response to an actual or suspected IT security incident.
 
What categories of information are included in these processing activities?
 
To run the processes set out above, we process staff related data, data related to your engagement with the Company, recruitment data, regulatory data, vetting data, remuneration and benefits data, leave information, HR processes data, monitoring data (to the extent permitted by applicable laws) and employment  claims, complaints and disclosures data.
 
We may also process sensitive information to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
 
What is the reason for these processing activities?
 
In order to manage its workforce and operate its business, the Company processes your information in order to:
  • change access permissions;
  • provide technical support and maintenance for HR information systems; and
  • operate email, IT, internet, social media, HR related and other Company policies and procedures; and
  • comply with the Company’s policies and access controls; and
  • maintain the integrity and security of data; and
  • facilitate records management 
 
In addition, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, the Company carries out monitoring of the Company's IT systems to protect and maintain the integrity of the Company's IT systems and infrastructure, to ensure compliance with the Company's IT policies, and to locate information through searches where needed for a legitimate business purpose. 
 
The Company’s IM&T Function is essential to ensuring that the above activities can be carried out in the most effective way.
 
To the extent that you did not get this information from me, how did you collect it?
 
The information processed as part of this activity is stored within our IT systems, having been collected as part of other processing activities referred to within this Notice.
 
Who do you share this information with?
 
This information may be shared internally for the purposes described above.
 
In addition, some of your information will be shared externally with any suppliers or partners as needed and as otherwise set out in this Notice.
