We process and maintain our records in order to comply with record keeping obligations and to maintain an appropriate archive.
This archive allows us to:
- keep historical information about the Company;
- ensure that we have sufficient information relating to our business, including with respect to any legal obligations or potential legal claims;
- ensure that we recruit and select appropriate individuals to work at the Company; and
- make management decisions regarding your re-hiring should you be considered for any future roles which may become vacant from time to time.
