A suite of memory products, including 4 Mb, 16 Mb, and 64 Mb static random access memory, first-in first-out memory, programmable read-only memory, L2 cache and SSRAM memory, and the new 2 Mb and 4 Mb non-volatile chalcogenide random access memoryTM (C-RAM) memory products. A full line of application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs), including quick-turnaround structured ASICs, and low-power, high-performance, standard-cell ASICs.
