The Jacksonville and Mobile shipyards provide new construction capabilities to commercial customers.
Our shipyards footprint is utilized to perform work onboard and in several shop facilities, as well as alongside piers and while in dry dock, to get the vessel completed and underway within customer cost and schedule requirements.
The primary customer of BAE Systems Ship Repair is the United States Navy through a series of multi-ship, multi-option contracts. These contracts are central to the U.S. Navy’s life cycle maintenance and service life objectives.
