DeEtte Gray

DeEtte Gray leads the Intelligence & Security sector, a leading provider of IT products and services, as well as intelligence analysis support to the U.S. Government.

Deetee GrayDeEtte Gray is president of BAE Systems Intelligence & Security (I&S) sector. I&S provides information technology (IT) and intelligence analysis services to key intelligence professionals, federal officials, high-level U.S. decision makers and troops deployed around the world. It employs approximately 6,700 with core capabilities including integrated cybersecurity and IT to ensure dominance in cyberspace. Intelligence & Security is one of the largest IT service providers to the Defense Intelligence Agency, offers advancements in Activity-Based Intelligence systems and supplies solutions to support “big data” initiatives.

Additionally, the sector delivers mission-enabling analytic solutions to support operations and provides actionable intelligence to those in the field.  Ms. Gray joined BAE Systems after serving in several key leadership positions for Lockheed Martin, most recently as the Vice President of Enterprise IT Solutions for Information Systems & Global Services (IS&GS)-Defense at Lockheed Martin. In this role, she led the strategic direction, planning and execution of the group’s worldwide presence and growth mission-focused IT. She served a variety of Department of Defense and government agency customers delivering enterprise architecture, software development and sustainment, data center operations, end-user services, engineering, cybersecurity, network operations, cloud computing, process & project management such as CMMI, ITIL, ISO 20000.

In addition to her technology solution roles at Lockheed Martin, including VP of IT services line of business, Ms. Gray also served in strategic business development where she developed long-range corporate objectives and identified issues affecting growth and profitability.  Ms. Gray has also held technical coordinator positions for Johnston County, NC where she was responsible for department access to Geographic Information Systems and school system technology implementations. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in education from North Carolina State University and a Master of Science degree in instructional technology from East Carolina University.
