CHANNEL PARTNERS

 
Resellers
 
Reseller partners will be responsible for purchasing BAE Systems products or services and reselling on to end-user customers.  The transaction is between BAE Systems and the Reseller.  Unless otherwise requested, there is no interaction between BAE Systems and the end-user.
 
Successful completion of an appropriate training programme will be required, in order to equip the partner sales and technical teams with the skills necessary to sell BAE Systems products and services.
 
A dedicated Partner Manager will be appointed to manage the relationship and will help with all planning, strategy, sales liaison, enablement and go-to-market activity.
The reseller will be responsible for all demand generation activity and for driving demand across their customer base or target market(s). Marketing support will be provided by BAE Systems in order to support this demand generation activity.

ALLIANCE PARTNERS

 
Alliance partnerships can be diverse. BAE Systems is aiming to work with partners on a collaborative basis to achieve a wider solution beyond that of our own portfolio. Each party should recommend or endorse each other’s solutions or support with a specific service wrap.
 
System Integrators
 
System Integrators (SIs) integrate BAE Systems products into a wider solution. Generally the SI transacts with the end-user for the services, with BAE Systems transacting the product sale and specialist implementation work. In the event of an SI wanting to resell, successful completion of a formal training programme is required.

Technology Providers
 
Technology Partners will play a key role in endorsing or referring end-users towards BAE Systems’ products or services. Both organisations have identified synergies between products and have identified a market need. Each party would transact with the end-user for their element of the solution.
 
A dedicated Partner Manager will be appointed to manage the relationship and will help with all planning, strategy, sales liaison, enablement (if required) and go-to-market activity.
