  • Pension - As a member of our award-winning pension scheme, you'll enjoy a range of benefits designed to suit you and your family.
  • Annual leave - On joining, you'll be entitled to 25 days' holiday (plus bank holidays), increasing to 26 days after five years and 27 after ten.
  • Share Incentive Plan - Our plan allows you to purchase BAE Systems shares from pre-tax earnings as 'Partnership Shares', with your income tax and national insurance contributions reduced accordingly. We'll also award one free matching share for every two shares you buy, up to the first £30 invested each month.
  • Childcare vouchers - Most of our businesses allow eligible employees to sacrifice part of their salary and take childcare vouchers of an equivalent value.
  • Maternity leave - New mums receive up to 26 weeks' leave, irrespective of length of service. Afterwards, you can choose to come back to work on reduced hours (equivalent to 60% of standard hours for the first 13 weeks, with benefits being adjusted appropriately).
  • Paternity, adoption, parental and dependent Leave - All of these are covered within our Work Life Balance Policy. Some depend on length of service and business unit requirements, but all entitlements exceed statutory requirements.
